When I bake, it’s more of a therapeutic time for me. It’s a time for me to tune out the world and focus on the ingredients, the measurements, the feel, the kneading, the taste, the smell.
I put my heart and soul into the meals I make for those I love. It’s a way for me to share a piece of me with you. I quite often won’t bake if I’m in a bad mood or having a bad day, because my meals won’t turn out.
Today, I felt like the world needed a little more love in it. A little more understanding. A little more listening. A little more attention to the details.

Every piece was baked and checked that it was finished. I put lots of love and care into these. Just as I do in my relationships.
Let’s try to be like these crackers. Different, yet all from the same batch. Let’s all be in this together. ❤️✊
With honest intentions,
